Story

As he grew up on the streets around the University, Silnan developed the ability to create short-term bubble universes around him through the power of the spoken word. These realities can change the fabric of reality and bend the nature rule. However, these realities would not exist to those that could not hear his voice and could not be extended via any type of amplification.
